not working in the PSP/Game folder...do i have it in the wrong spot?

You put the file in the ISO folder of your PSP's Memory stick, because the main file is an ISO.If you don't already have an ISO folder just make a new folder and rename it 'ISO' (Make sure it's in CAPS)
Then it should run smoothly :)
