Just tested this and it's an excellent item. Small footprint and very easy to use. Thanks Blacktroy. A useful quality download.
A tip, there is no "next/last frame" buttons, but you can fine tune by adjusting forward and back the Start Time/End Time dials.

It works fine but key does not works. It can convert or clip for videos less than 2 minutes.
