Yeah. You do each level for Ten days. Also for this to really work you need put a diet with it. I'm on day 17 and I've already lost 18 pounds. Though I use this as a compliment to an existing work out routine.

Serzi you need to convert it because it's an avi file and your regular dvd will not play it, one converter that's really good for that is {Convert X to DVD 3}
