It was made by Kevin McLory who owned some rights to the 1965 "Thunderball". It's however a very good Bond movie, who gives a shit that Cubby wasn't the producer. NSNA is way better than "The spy who loved my" - a movie which was ruined by the worst Bond girl ever. NSNA has good action, funny lines, and a cheesy 80's videogame.
