If you're not comfortable downloading the program itself, just go to the tune-up website and download the free 30-day trial version. If you're using a decent bittorrent client, you can select the text file containing the serial # only and use that instead. Or, you can go buy the software yourself. Either way, this version is clean and thanks to EZ for making the effort.

Sorry, but all these serials are totally useless! They work for about 2 hours, and then you can't use it anymore, because you get the message that the program is illegal.
So, my advise is: buy this program, because ALL downloads on Piratebay are worth NOTHING ! USELESS !
