Thank you for this upload. To anyone who doesn't bother to read, the instructions make it clear that there is a crack and apparently Phoenix is not needed. I don't know if I've ever downloaded a torrent from this uploader before but he has dozens of pages of uploads and his copy of MW3 is confirmed working.
I have no reason not to trust this torrent, but if any of the few seeds could swing over for a minute and confirm that the crack works and that the game is ready to play, it would really help a lot of people.

there's more money in multiplayer games where you're (mostly) unable to pirate them. perhaps i'm in the minority, but i love single player games and don't want to see them go. there's also the ease of piracy compared to the console versions and PC versions, making console versions more profitable so game companies will design games better suited for the console versions. and lastly, bethesda is one of the few great gaming companies (imo) out there, they deserve some money for future projects.

When I use the crack and then try and load the game I get an error message "C:\Program is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support" Any ideas? I own the retail version of the game but I need a crack to play early.

When I launch the game, I see the Bethesda logo, then a metal dragon-thing shows up for a couple of seconds, and I can barely see the cursor and the meny before the game crashes to the desktop. No error message or anything..

Can someone please explain why this does not work for me?
When I try to install it, I get the error message saying "The program can't start because simpack.dll is missing from your computer"
The instructions say to select the file when the installer asks for it, but it doesn't ask, it just gives me the error screen and gives me no option to select it or anything

I can't install this, i've been following the instructions. I extracted the RAR(it's actually ISO) but then there are no mountable files. So I tried to mount the file that I extracted but that doesn't work either. There's no Installer.exe as mentioned, only an install.exe and when I start that one some kind of razor installer program start. The program installs the game but nothing works (yes, I copied the crack files).
Some say you need to use steam but there's no mention of how to do it.
Someone please help! =)

Yeah.. Installs to about 5.5 gigs. I sure hope the gameplay is something special because the graphics look worse that vanilla Oblivion and I have everything maxed out. I also thought this thing was going to be like 15 gigs or so. Before someone says "there's more to a game than just the graphics".. I agree, in fact I still play Morrowind. Its just that the graphics in Skyrim look extremely dated where Oblivion looked amazing for its time. There are so many other current new releases that have superb gameplay and breathtaking graphics (Deus Ex: HR, Rage, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, L.A. Noire, Saint's Row 3, to name a few).
I am so disappoint. I really expected something impressive about Skyrim. So far, the only feeling I have is that Skyrim is nothing more than a marketing tool that Bethesda is going to try to manipulate for a couple of years via many purchasable DLC. I'll tell you what.. Bethesda lowered the bar with Skyrim and left the door open for some clever developer to take advantage. Some developer is going to come along and outclass Skyrim (just like Saints Row 3 is going to outclass the turd known as GTA IV). I think Skyrim spells the end. I am not buying. Thank goodness for TPB or I might have wasted $70.

For the "fullscreen" issue.. (I want to add this here because I know there are so many people freaking out that they can't set their resolutions).
Install the game (I installed the Skidrow version using Phoenix but I have since installed this Razor1911 version on another pc).
After installing (with Phoenix, in my case), click on SkyrimLauncher.exe and click "Install" (yes, "Options" is greyed out). It will immediately detect that Skyrim has been installed and allow you to click on "Options" to change the resolution and such. I am running at 1920x1080 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit with no issues.

Install got my stuck for a bit because the razer installer looks like it stops working for a second and the install button is press able again when it's installing dx stuff but you're not supposed to click it. After I ignored it it worked just fine. But now I'm having troubles with some lag. It puts me on high settings by default then I change them to low and lag the same or even more. Then when ever something makes it lag to much it just crashes. In the basement of the first tower when the soldiers run at you I even crashed. I'm on Windows 7 x64. Anyone have a fix for this or do I just have to wait for the next patch?

Like most people on here, I like to try before I buy. I'm entitled to that after all these years; I've been buying and playing PC games, BLIND, since before the first Zork came out in the 80's. Seeding is the process of connecting to a torrent when you have a complete file.
It is important to seed 1 to 1. The more seeders there are on a torrent the faster the torrent is. You are not downloading the torrent from the actual site you get it from. You are downloading it off another user that has it on their computer.
Let’s say someone uploads a torrent to a site and that person seeds at 100kbps. At first every single leecher is trying to get the file from the uploader which if there are 10 leechers then each leecher is approximately getting the file at 10kbps.
Let’s say the 10 people finish downloading the torrent from the uploader. Each also is seeding at a speed of 100kbps.
That means the total speed of the torrent after the 10 get done downloading the file is 1100kbps. Because 10 are seeding at 100kbps and the original uploader is seeding at 100kbps. So if there are 11 more leechers getting the file now each of those leechers are approximately getting the file at 100kbps instead of 10kbps because there is a 1 to 1 ratio per seeder & leecher.
If everyone just downloaded the file from the uploader and stopped seeding without seeding the torrent 1:1 then the uploader will always be stuck seeding. Which the speed of the torrent will hardly go up because the leechers will always outnumber the seeder.
So it is important to seed back at least what you take. So if you download a file that is 1GB then seed back 1GB. That is why it is called FILE SHARING. People are considerate enough to share their stuff you can repay them back by seeding back what you take so others can enjoy it as well.

Hey, i have downloaded the .iso file and mounted it. I then proceeded to install the game using the "installer.exe" found in the .iso file, however after the bar fills up it didnt ask me for a SID file, instead it showed me a single shortcut file of 2mb in the windows explorer. Hey guys having the same problem as some of you with the simpack.dll thing, what im doing is:
1) mount with daemon tools
2) goin into the drive and using install.exe
now when i click that i get an error message of a load of code, now if i change the compatability to windows XP (SP2) and hit install I get the missing simpack.dll message even tho its a few files above has anyone come up with a fix for this or even found a way around it? as it stands im downloading a direct play from demonoid (could be fake but im willing toi try anything at this point)

OK Guys for the screen fix you need to locate the Skyrimprefs file and do the following:
locate the SkyrimPrefs file in the install folder and change
bFull Screen=0
iSize H=640
iSize W= 480
change it to
bFull Screen=1
iSize H=1200
iSize W=1920
then copy SkyrimPrefs from install map to C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\
If the game is crashing back to desktop, change your sound settings (in Windows) to be 48000Khz.
After many hours and a very speedy fourth install after three failed attempts I'e got it to work.

I have noticed some other people posting on the various skyrim torrents on the pirate bay mentioning a crash to desktop as soon as the dragon lands and roars, just after character customization. I have this problem as well, but I haven't seen anyone address it. Has anyone found a way to fix this? I installed the update 1 and repack, I installed correctly, the game gets to that point every time, and I have new sound and graphics drivers. I even tried on the lowest settings, no v-sync, and after changing my sound settings. Still no luck. Please help if you can.

Works well with the update repack also here on TPB (I got the 128mb one).
If your framerate is dodgy, I suggest lowering the screen resolution, worked for me :)
i7 quad 2.4, 6g ram, HD5870 Ati Radeon 1gb, Windows 7 - running at high settings with a few tweaks towards ultra in view distance, and turned anisotropic from 8 to 16... runs smoothly :)

Having a bit of a problem with this torrent. Whenever I run the installer I eventually get an error that says "Error unpacking! Make sure you are using the correct decryption key."
If I click okay and continue with the installation, I get another error when trying to start the game that says "Your computer is missing Steam_Api.dll. Try reinstalling to fix this issue." I've reinstalled several times now and I still get the same errors. If anyone has any insight on how I can fix this, then please let me know.

The supposed crack in the 'razor1911' folder, where do you copy that to? The installation folder, the one labeled 'the elder scrolls skyrim' in program files by default, doesn't have a file of the same name to copy over. That's how cracks are supposed to work, aren't they?
And for the update/repack thing, where the hell do you copy these files? Again, there are no files to replace.
I'm seeding a fuck ton, and will be for weeks so if someone could help me out I'd appreciate it.

I finally found out how to fix that freezing bug in the beginning of the game where ur screen goes black or funny graphic errors just go into ur nvidia control panel or radeon and Reset ur graphics to default it finalyl worked for me after hours.

Hey, I need some help. I downloaded the game and installed it using the Razor installer. Even placed the contents from the Razor folder in with the files. Game boots up perfectly fine but crashes after moving the mouse or trying to hit new game. Just crashes to Desktop.
So I then tried installing both the Razor Update and then the Razor Repack and still have the same issue. I need help plz. I installed the game using the Razor installer, and copied over the crack files. Once I did, the game boot up perfectly to the main screen. As soon as I hit New Game is crashes... So I installed the Razor Update ... same issue. Then tried installing the Razor Repack... still same issue. Somebody said it could be because of graphics card but I got a 1g Radeon HD 5800 Black Edition. Just to try, I set all the graphic settings to minimal and still crashes when I hit New Game. However, for the 30000 or so people who are downloading this, I just have to warn you that you're going to be very disappointed. This was not designed to be a PC game, and Bethesda themselves said, "The PC is a headache." What they mean is, they didn't give a shit about how well it ran on the PC. The UI for this game is completely crap. You'll spend most of your time NOT enjoying the scenery, but looking from the keyboard to the screen to the keyboard trying to figure out what the fuck you have to do in order to equip items, drop items, move items... It's awful.

Alright so i installed the game and the first update.
Anyways, i can get to the start menu and make a new game, but in the beginning the cart is a big red exclamation point and all the characters are floating in air. Nevermind, that was just me being a COMPLETE and total retard.
The one thing that I have noticed is that the textures have a freeze value on the screen. For instance, the encounter with the dragon in the beginning of the game, when he flies across the sky and over the smoke, I can see an empty spot in the smoke where the model of his wing used to be.
I don't know if that's a problem and a bug within the game itself, or a bug caused by the scene release.

For those who have crashing game when the smoke comes up and can't even play the game with Windows 7.
This is what I did and haven't played the rest of the game but I got to be able to select new game.
Right-click and go to properties and go under Compatibility. I put it in Compatibility mode for Windows 7.

I've downloaded the game as well as the crack and the update.
I get several errors first one is when i'm finished unpacking via phoenix, it says:
Unsupported "registry" entry type string
Then i get an option to install necessary software, click yes to both of them and I get this error:

click continue on that one.
Then i apply crack (copy and replace)
then the update from razor to remove steam (copy and replace)
then later when i'm in the game trying to start a new game i get this error:

Torrent is valid, game works fine, no crashes so far, no issues. I can't change resolution to full HD (1920x1080 does not appear in the menu, it's the single resolution that is missing), I can apply the others though, with max details. Does anyone why?

With a 8mb down speed and a 1.5mb up speed, I'm at 97.4% running strong. It is 12:20PM now. I started this torrent yesterday around 10:00am. But that's not why I'm commenting.
People who are too scared to seed are bitches. I can smell the man viginas from here. When I learned how to pirate ages ago, I'm talking Napster day, with 56k modems. How I learned was you always seed at least a 1 ratio. Be fair you know? You're getting 60$ free for a mild amount of effort. I liked to think of it as some sort of honor amounts thieves lol. But I feel the average user downloading is a kid that was shown what a torrent was but has no idea how it works and turns the upseed to 5kb/s because it slows the internet.

Works fine for me on a Win7 64 rig. I couldn't find the crack folder, but you should be able to find a crack only torrent easily. It's probably in the iso and my explorer just didn't want to play nice.

For those having a problem installing or getting started follow these instructions:
1) Download the torrent (may take a while considering it just came out yesterday and many people are Leeching... Be Patient you're getting the game for free!)
2) There aren't any RAR files just an ISO file that needs to be mounted (use Daemon tools (google if you need to download it, it's free...))
3) Once you mount the ISO file open it and run the .exe file called "install" (it may just ask you to install upon mounting the disc, if so install it that way)...
4) The installed game will be in your programs directory locate it using (My Computer--> Local Disk C:---> Program Files----> The Elder Scrolls Skyrim)
5) Go back to the mounted image files and go into the file (Razor 1911)
6) Copy all the contents of this files (which should be 4 files most important of them all is the true Skyrimlauncher.exe which is called "TESV"
7)Paste the files into the Program Files----> The Elder Scrolls Skyrim folder...
8) Use "TESV" exe to launch the game and it should be as easy as that! I'm running the game just fine on medium/high settings with no problem and I don't have the best CPU specs...
Hope this helps anyone who's having a hard time...

Anyways..
So.
Steps to get it on your PC.
Mount it to a Virt. Drive using like PowerISO, Run the Setup for "Razor1911".
Then, after that, Simply go the the folder, The first one, Named Razor1911, And go to the folder where you installed the Game, And copy the things inside the Razor folder, Paste, Overide all of them, Click yes for permission.
Then open up or search "Elder Scrolls" in Windows Search, Then it should open.
It's like a Driver thingy. It looks at your Hardware/Specs, Then changes the settings to match it perfectly, Or close enough.
I have a Horrible gaming card, Intel HD graphics.
Yet, I can still play the game on low graphics, Pretty damn smoothly.
So, It's a good thing.

For everyone having full screen and graphic quality go into your C:\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim then open the Skyrimlauncher.exe

I have the same problem. It seems that using the tcl console command to noclip in seems to help with getting in. From there you can push him and spam E to get him to move. From there you can continue up to the inn, that's where I'm stuck now. He won't talk, I can't push him, I ended up just trying to kill him out of frustration... that didn't work to well. At any rate, it appears will have to wait for Razor to release a new update to fix this issue.

can someone help me out? The instructions made no sense to me at all.
First of all, there wasn't any RAR's to extract to begin with. I went ahead and mounted the image on daemontools lite, it ran installer.exe but it never asked for the SID files. It installed normally. There was no crack directory, so I couldn't copy it to the install folder. Needless to say, when I liked SkyrimLauncher.exe it didn't run right (Application error)

How to fix crash problems after seeing the Skyrim logo:
1. Go to your control panel
2. Press on sound.
3. Find your speaker and right click it and choose properties.
4. Go to advanced and choose 24bit, 44100 Hz (studio quality).
5. Press save/use.
6. Open Skyrim and VOLEA!
You can copy this and paste it if someone elves experiences the same problem.

**ISSUE FIX**
Ok for those of you who are having issues with "clicking play and nothing happens on the starter window, or the steam.dlc issue"
you probably have windows 7, and if so you are putting the crack in the wrong folder, you need to go look in the c/program files (x86)/elder scrolls
i was, and my bets are you all were looking in the normal c/program files/razor folder
so just put the crack and everything in there
extra info- this counts for those people having issues with only seeing a shortcut in a skyrim folder, your in the wrong directory, if you want to find where it installed properly, open up that intaller again, it will give the destination folder of where it installed, just put the crack and update in there, and ta da.

after downloading for 3 days, i can say its working...been playing for 5 hours and only one crash(when walking into a store, but it was on auto save, so next load in the store was fine).
MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD
- the 200+MB version and copy files into the install directory- otherwise you will have broken quests and crashes

For any one experiencing a crash to desktop when launching the game, you need to change the settings for your sound card. Drop the sample rate from 192k down to 48k and the game will work. Been playing for 10 hours and only had 1 crash :)

One piece of advice for anyone having problems. I used WinAce to extract files and had nothing but problems. The Iso mounts ok but as soon as I tried to install I got "windows can't tell if it's x86 or x64" error. Then Phoenix had problems with the last file to install. Many hours wasted. Then I noticed that the extracted file was smaller than it was suppose to be. I switched to 7z to uninstall and everything installed prefectly and the Skyrim launcher even gave me options. So hopefully that helps someone.

Okay, i found some problems but i fixed them all it's fully working now!
So for people who have a 64bit system and getting a simlock or something:
1. 64bit INSTALL the razor in PROGRAM FILES, not in the (x86) map.
When installing there is notice you can click install again, but the launcher says: installing directx and more stuff, just wait! if you dont you get simlock error, so have patient!!!!

For the poeple who like me didn't get any .iso file, this worked for me:
1) Install the game using the file named install (the one that is a R)
2) Once installed, go to the game directory (by default on program files)
3) Copy and paste the files in the folder razor1911 into the game directory
4) Run game using SkyrimLauncher
This is working for me, hope this helps! Let me know if you have any trouble following the steps and I'll try to help you

sundown, an iso file is a sort of rar file that is used to put games and films on dvd's as one file, the disc drive then opens the iso file automatticly. so thats why your computer wants to burn iso files on a dvd, but you can download a program called daemon tools which allows you to open iso files without a dvd, download it here: , download daemon tools lite since that is the free one. most simple way of doing it is install it, then run it, then drag the iso file from your folder to the daemon tools window and it will be loaded in, the double click it and it will be mounted, finally go to my computer and you will see it seems a skyrim cd is booted

So, is there an error with 64 bit? Seems to be 32 Bit is working fine for people, but others are having problems. My issue is that I can load up the ISO... then do the installer, which pretends its working. Then when it's done and I click install again it says "Razor1911 isn't installed correctly". You then have the option for reinstall compatible or it's installed correctly. If I do the "Correctly" Option, it just says its fuct. If I do the "Compatibility" it redoes some shit, then starts the install over, but when it's finished it automatically pops up a shortcut to skyrim that gives me an application error.

I have downloaded a great many .iso's from TPB,a nd I have never ever used Daemon tools or any other mounting software. I just extract the archive with WinZip to a folder on my harddrive and do everything from there. Haven't had a problem with it yet. Of course, I am running Win 7, so that might help...

I (may) have the answers to the "5:0000065434 error" This is what worked for me.
-After you have installed the game you may get the "this hasn't been installed correctly" ignore that and the window that pops up with the "launch skyrim.exe"
-Open up the iso (the one you originally downloaded) and look for the "Razor1911" folder.
-Open "The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim" folder in your program files (Should be in your C: drive)
-Copy the contents of "Razor1911" into "The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim" and click "replace all"
-Click SkyrimLauncher and you game should run!

I installed the game and can play it perfectly until one point, the first interterritorial loading (the place where you enter the keep with Haldar or the other escapee guy) I've tried with either dozens of times, and every time I do it, the black loading screen appears with gas flowing, and it just stays that way. Hello. I've been playing for several hours without major problems. But as I reached level 3-4, the game started speeding up like insane, and it's not reboot related. (I can't fix it with "set affinity" from task manager, because I can't reach windows without closing the game, except for windowed mode which is basicly just 0 fun). What could be causing this? Hi people,
I registered just to comment because I think it's important. I was one of those people having problems with installing the game, it would give an error message about elevated privileges so I would run it as administrator then it would say it could not find the simpack.dll file. Also, it would ask to install adobe flash player - this is a virus.
I didn't realize it was a virus until later. Now I'll explain how I installed the game. I moved the simpack.dll file from the install dvd to my windows directory. Next, the razor install program wanted zlib1.dll so I moved that over too. Finally the install program game up, but now it couldn't find the sid file and it did not ask me for a directory either - the program just crashed.
I was frustrated that I could not find any comments that helped in my situation but I had to press on because this is Skyrim. I discovered that if I ran the install program not as administrator and left the error message up, a copy of the install program is placed under AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000.TMP. I copied this folder and upon closing the error message the IXP000.TMP was deleted automatically. Evidence of a virus: the razor install program (install.exe) I copied from the temp folder is 370 KB, the same program from the install dvd is 615 KB. And the install program I copied does not run adobe flash installer like the one from the install dvd does.
Anyway, after copying the files: install.exe (370 KB), setup.dat, simpack.dll, zlib1.dll, the sim, sis and sid files to a separate directory I was able to install without a problem - at the end the install program seemed to crash but the game installed alright. After that I download and used Skyrim Update 1 and the game played perfectly.
When not playing the game and browsing the web I noticed the virus right away - I was getting popups from nowhere. Anything that used Javascript didn't work right. PING.EXE was running up to 99% of my processor. So I reinstalled Windows 7 64-bit. But I made the same mistake - running the infected install.exe program from the Skyrim install dvd.
I tested the Skyrim install files I copied, the not infected install.exe I copied is able to install Skyrim without mounting the install dvd. So I'm going to reinstall Windows again and install Skyrim from that.
This is a request for comments. I want to know about your install.exe filesizes and if you experience that weird adobe flash installer (don't do it). Check your temp directory for the IXP000.TMP too please.

Alright, I never comment except for now. At the beginning at the execution scene, there is no sound, or subtitles. Secondly, at the point where the carriage carrying prisoners is supposed to stop and everyone get off, the horses keep walking into the wall and we never get off. I have tried several times starting a new game, have not tried any different cracks (yes I did copy the Razor1911 crack folder to the program files properly). Could anyone please give me a link/instructions to fix this? Thank you

FIX for application configuration is incorrect
ERROR: you click on launcher and it says something like "application configuration is incorrect.....program failed to launch because its not installed right maybe try to install again" (I forgot exactly what it said because I fixed it and can't read it again.

HELP!!: im in the unfortunate situation of having a mac. However, i do have crossover. So i got really excited when i saw this, just because the windows versions of games are much better than the mac versions (modding on windows, etc). However, when i clicked the Install.exe file, Crossover runs and up the window, but it is almost completely blank, except for two white horizontal bars and the install button (the other button next to it is a blank white space), and i cant even click the button. In fact i cant click any button on the window. all if can do is click and drag from any point on the window and click the mac close button at the top left corner.

I've got a little problem, and hoped someone could help me with it.
I've downloaded this torrent with no problem, and installed it propperly.
Played it for like 2 days, and suddenly the game shut down out of nothing. At that point it wasn't such a big deal 'cause I played enough, but now, when i want to start the game up, it just shuts itself down when the game is loading. I only get to see that dragon symbol in the beginning, and then the game disappears and i'm at the desktop again.

I am using Razor's rzr-skrm as base install and then applying Reloaded updates, but my mods installed via Nexus Mod Manager won't start; even when I try just one mod, SkyRe. Before any of you say a damn thing, I have read back to PG. 33 of these comments and seen people with the SAME EXACT problem as me. But noone has answered them.

Uggh, I know I've read somewhere in these 39 pages of comments that others are having similar issues at the very beginning of the game, but cannot find any solution:
When getting off of the wagon, and the guards are calling names, I am stuck. The prisoners I am with just move their legs and look like they are trying to walk somewhere, but seem to be blocked(by me?). I am unable to move - tho I can still use the mouse to view surroundings. WASD doesn't appear to be working, so maybe this is the source of the issue..? Has anyone figured out how to remedy this situation?
Very sorry if there is an obvious solution, but there are just too many comments to wade through(again). Wish PB had a *Sticky feature for these types of things. Thanks in advance, my fellow Pirates!

Hey guys. You are maybe able to help me :(
So months ago I've downloaded Skyrim (Razor 1911) and also installed a german patch. Everything worked fine until I had downloaded the DLCs. When the first one, Dawnguard + Update 10, was installed I wasen't able anymore to reach the main menu after I pressed play. It just kicks me back to the destkop when the Bethesda logo appears. There is also no crash report or something like that.
So I tried to install Heathfire as well as Dragonborn + Update 11 but it doesn't solved the problem.
I've already tried the following solutions:
1. Editing the "SkyrimPrefs.ini" as suggested (also in administration mode)
2. change the audio settings as suggested
None of them worked. Are there any other solutions? :(
I would realy appreciate your help.

I was wondering if someone could please help me, usually I am pretty good with installing torrents but the whole "can not create file" has got me really confused, I think it has to do with the SID file and I have no idea what I am supposed to do. I know it says to select it on the DVD drive, but what does that mean...Sorry I am really bad at this. I was hopeing someone had step by step instructions that they maybe had some time to share, I'm dieing to play this game I would be so happy if someone could please help me! Thanks!
