UPDATE YOUR SYSTEMS! -YOU NEED THIS TO GAME. When you launch a game and receive an error of any missing files, 99.9% of the time you are missing an updated DX9. LATEST VERSION- NOVEMBER 2007 # This is the FULL 'redist' version of DirectX - all files are downloaded in one package (rather than an active download). # Double-click on the file once the download has completed. You will be asked where you want to place the extracted files. This is a temporary folder only - you can delete these files once the Direct X 9.0c installation has completed. Now go to that temporary folder. There will be lots of files in there - run DXSETUP.exe and wait for it to complete the installation. Restart you computer if required. Now you can delete the files in the temporary folder. For future use, you can keep the file you downloaded or simply delete it - it doesn't matter. # DirectX is a crucial system component. well.. you will be needing DX 9.0c when you use WinXP otherwise i would not recommend DX10 =P

sauronboab, DirectX 9.0c is compatable with Vista, and you can run 10 and 9 even at the same time.

I have a problem running this game, 1 week ago it worked and apparently somebody has installed new drivers to the computer and had erased the previous ones
now it sends me an error message that he/she tells game click me to play it has detected a problem and he/she should close it already installs and directx 9c and until gotten the 10 dont know what to do
