I dont really get how to execute the OGuardian.exe. Do I just have to open the file OGuardian.exe, because it says something is missing. I already did that regsvr32 thingy, and it says that it has been done fine. Do have have to write execute or something in run?

It says that I need the file called MSCONCTL.ocx. It is missing or not correctly registered.
Run time error 339.

u mean mscomctl.ocx ?
choose ur operating system and download from here:
the downloaded file should go in ur windows\system\
i didn't say system32!!!! its the system folder
once it is in windows\system , u should run the following command from the start---> run :
regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSCOMCTL.OCX
it will say something like "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded"
