it is a live cd rom.
go to system settings>Instal other os and it will instal a feature
Then choose the default OS as Other OS and the ps3 wil restart and now you wil see,2 pinguins.
You must have a usb keyboard pres enter and it wil start up.
Then if its starts up. Click on instal and run the wizard
