Um......I have read this desription and Im gonna have to pull your bullshit card on this one. I happen to speak to the man responsible for creating HDLoader from time to time, and am a member of QUITE a few forums that he is as well, and this is all BS. HDLoader is A FREEWARE!!!! And can be downloaded from just about ANY site revolving around PS2 Modding, and is NOWHERE near this big of a file. It dose not require you to register to use it so needs no carck, and is in no way illegal for use in the US. Seeing as how it is a legitamate way to load your legally owned .ISO's of YOUR games if and when your DVD laser no longer reads. The only thing that IS illegal is stealing and using .ISO's. As long as your .ISO's ARE your .ISO's there is nothing illegal about it........

Most of the bulk file size is just a dummy file, the main elf works fine in this and it even says "free" at the top of the loading screen, I'm not exactly sure what version it is though. Maybe The Scene just released this version because the retail version of HDLoader could not be properly copied?
