I found out how to get this of to work (for PC of course):
1) You must download Daemon Tool-lite, full instructions on site - just google
2) Mount CD1.iso to your drive and it will bring up the install screen> click install
3) When prompted for serial, use serial above
4) It will ask to insert CD2...unmount CD1 from Daemon, mount CD2, then click ok
5) It then asks to insert CD1 again, unmount CD2, then mount CD1 AGAIN
6) Once you have the program installed> run the patch ("sof2goldfull.exe") or else the game won't work
The game then ran perfectly.

obsen94: It's probably because you are using a 1.03 exe without the required pak files. You could try using a cracked 1.00 exe instead, or upgrade to 1.03.

@plums666 and everyone getting that error. Just kill the process from task manager and the game should be installed fine.
