De detective vindt de belastende documentatie in de kantoren van South Company, een bedrijf dat de opdracht heeft gekregen het casino te verbouwen, en is van plan die documentatie te gebruiken om de snode plannen wereldkundig te maken tijdens een feest dat de van niets wetende burgemeester van Miami heeft georganiseerd om het grote project aan te kondigen. Vlak voordat hij bij het feest aankomt wordt Extralarge tegengehouden door de mannen van Clemente,,, Gonzales Revenge Dominic Gonzales, de gezworen vijand van Extralarge, bedenkt een duivels plan om wraak te nemen op de detective.
