Left 4 Dead Stand Alone Update ~Struzzin~

This is a stand alone update for Left 4 Dead. **It will require that you have .NET 3.5 installed it will link it for you and you will have to manually download. Once it is complete Run Left 4 Dead Update installer* **Also make sure and install the Update to the Left 4 Dead folder** *Vista users will have to right click and Run as Admin I have updated with this (on Vista) and has fixed all crashes and problems. Well it works - hope it is no security risk? Will it also help for future updates? Yeah and thx of course! Could something like that work for Tomb Raider Underworld as well?

I dont know about playing with friends I uploaded it for people that want to play the single player that have been having crashes. I dont think its a security risk Hase my buddy sent it to me. Not sure about new updates yet but I will post it if there is one.

I mean like do I have to put these files into my L4D folders and replace files in order to get the game patched? (that is in another directionary, so that I now actually have two L4D folders)? Thx for answer!

Hase just make sure the update installs in the folder wherever you installed the game ie: C:\games\Left4Dead or wherever it will replace some of the files its very quick then its done !

Oh yeah u wrote it in your discription! Sry for being blind! I hope it will run afterwards , I did patch another game which didn't though after that... Will try to go save by using the systemrecovery option then post here if it works! Thx for answers anyway!

So here is my report: I replaced the files , after that the game won't start from Desktop icon only from the folder , also I had the German version now it's in English! But worse is that level starts but game freezes and stutters about every minute then continiues - so I will switch to my old installation - this seems to not work properly for German version!?

No you dont need to crack the game at all its only updating files already in the Left 4 Dead folder 777 ! Just run as in the directions and its ready to go !

Sorry Hase I didnt know what version you had it may conflict with other languages. That is probably why it wont work the patch is English and your game is another !

Hey, just to let everyone know, I downloaded SKIDROW's release of this game. It crashed every time i tried to play. This fixed it completely. Works flawlessly now. Thanks!
