Btw red, in my AVG paid version the KMS Activator is comming up as a threat - \"potentially harmfull crack\" Your uploads are safe and I just want to remind everybody that this is a safe download and that I fixed the issue by letting Resident Shield allow the exception incase anyone has gotten stumped.

I cant get this patch to work. It says that i have 180 days left but when i starts Office the program is asking for the 25-figures production key. I add the key that the patch is providing me but it seems to bee valid. HELP!!!

I downloaded one of these Windows Office 2010 activators that contained a Trojan that was activated on October 29th.
It was CycBot, which attempts to clone your system using CRC checks and ***CANNOT BE CLEANED/REMOVED*** I used four programs, including Microsoft Forefront, which is designed exclusively for businesses, and it was still there.
BE AWARE OF THIS AS YOU WILL HAVE TO REFORMAT YOUR HARD DRIVE.

KMS services always show up as false positives with most anti-virus programs. If you don't trust his pink skull, don't download. It's there for a reason.

Anyone who's remotely worked with any type of Keygen will no doubt have realized by now that they almost ALWAYS show up as "Virus'" in most AV's. Pretty much any Third-Party software that snoops through the files needed to generate the key properly will be flagged. It worked like a charm on my MSO Prof+ 2010. Just keep that in mind before jumping to the "Loaded with virus'!" conclusion.

Instructions were really crappy so here's what I did:
1. Ran mini-KMS_Activator_v1.053.exe
2. Clicked on "Install KMService"
(At this point I checked to see if it worked - it didn't, so I figured it wasn't complete)
3. I clicked on "Activator Check Office 2010" just as a check and it gave me a log saying that it wasn't licensed.
4. Then I clicked on "Activation Office 2010 VL", typed "Y" when it prompted me to (as it asked if I wanted to install it)
5. It did its stuff. Then I did the same thing as in step 3. This time I said I was licensed.
6. I opened up Word and voila! Working!
There's a bunch of other buttons for "Key Manager", "Rearm Office 2010", and other stuff with Windows specifically. I figure RedHatcc uses this for Windows licenses as well. I didn't touch any of them and it worked fine! 10/10, would use again!
