Audio is in sync and the ending is included. Understandably for a Cam, the darker scenes are very dark and hard to see. If you really want to appreciate the more subtle creepy moments (I saw this in the theater) I would wait for a DVD Rip but this is an excellent very watchable copy, thank you very much for the upload.
