None of the textures show up on Vista and FSX.

If the textures don't show up after installing these aircraft, it's because you have FSX Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed. SP2 added support for DirectX 10, but many aircraft which were developed prior to the release of DX10 (like these) do not support it. Just start FSX, go to the Display settings, and DISABLE (un-check) "Preview DirectX 10" and "Light bloom". Re-start FSX, and you should be good to go!
