Not a true FLAC release.
It has iTunes tags in the files, iTunes does not support FLAC.
It looks like "justonemorecoffee" does not understand that once a files is an mp3 you can not convert it to FLAC and get the quality back.

Thanks Dale, it's not ripped by iTunes indeed. I do understand MP3 is lossy, so there is no sense in converting MP3 into FLAC or ALAC. An explanation may be this one: I can't remember exactly but dbPowerAmp, which I use to extract the files from CDs sometimes doesn't read some CDs. I then ripped to ALAC using iTunes (which I use on my iPod) and then converted to FLAC for sharing. Since both files are lossless, this shouldn't be a problem as quality is concerned (both lossless methods are capable of reproducing the original sound file). The tags then are still provided by iTunes originally.
