Mightybonus: You are quite right, Someone has tampered with the high EQ. I've compared it to other rips from the Discovery box and its quite obvious.

'towg' is correct in suggesting that this Pink Floyd box set has a noticeable difference in the rendering of its higher frequencies. The MP3s in the '320hunter' Discovery box set torrent contain a mix that is both louder and brighter than two other torrents found here on The Pirate Bay. The difference can most easily be heard in the rendering of the cymbals, which sit higher in the mix than they should.
