343kbps is too low a video bit rate even for this resolution. The encoder sacrificed too much quality for the sake of size... and, the run time of La Chiave is 116m, and this is only 111m. I'm not sure if it's because the credits were chopped off or because it's not the full version, but 5 minutes ARE missing somewhere.

Now that the download is complete I was able to verify that the credits were not chopped off, so either IMDb is wrong, or this not an uncut version. Encoding settings were decent but not spectacular (ref, subme and me_range settings were a bit low) but since the resolution is so small, the bit rate really needed to be higher so that quality could be maintained when full-screened. What really ruined this print though were the tacky watermarks the encoder plastered into the corners that lasted the entire duration of the movie. Hopefully now that this has been released on blu-ray there will be a 720 or 1080p version up soon...without watermarks.
