Not actually 320kbps. Don't advertise something if its not true. iTunes has better quality than this.
Also, its very annoying that you try to advertise your site in the mp3 file information. Being obnoxious is not a good way to turn someone on to a site.

1 of all it is a 320 VBR and secondly if the Itunes quality is that much good then why you are downloading free stuff ?? Go and buy from Itunes then ..
