The Secrets of Sleep 1b vhs xvid

i don't know what has gone wrong. this is the first time! my torrent on my computer for some reason shows that i only have 99.8% of the file !!!! (after doing a 'force re-check'.
if anyone knows how i can rectify this prob, please let me know. i am using utorrent.
as for playing the file, it can be played using 'The KMPlayer", which plays files that are not complete.
