Just so you know, the 720p format is 1280x720, and converting this one down smaller to 720x480... well #1 it's not 720p, so don't label it as such, #2, if played on a 1080p hdtv, it'll be stretched so far it'll be pixeley and blocky.
In the future if you're going to dub something for 720p, i'd suggest using 1280x720, or something close to that, and at least 4000 - 5000 Kbps video rate.
