Syntax error when installing. Game starts but no menu so you cant play

This doesn't work for me either. While installing, i get this error: Unknown Command (?), and when I Play, it starts perfectly, but there is no menu and the game is freezing.
Has someone got a solution for this?

Mmm yeah definitely dont trust this. only 3 gigs, i dont see why I should have to disable my UAC to install a game, the install is through the command prompt, it says to disable your firewall, and for some reason to uninstall it says to run something for my registry. New at the whole torrent thing but this definitely doesn't seem legit. I've never had any luck with skullptura files.
