I have found the solution you guys! You simply need to NOT install the game in the C:Program Files folder, the standard folder for new programs. Just install it somewhere else, install the sound fix, the patch and the crack again, and the game works. :)

Hey, when I try to run MaxBatch.exe it says: Error - A ras file was not found, aborting! I have all the audiofix files put in my Max Payne game folder. Wondering what might be the problem? Help much appreciated.

Hey, thanks a lot for this, Booster2. It works perfectly.
If it makes any difference, and I'm not sure if it does or not, for the shortcut on my desktop to Max Payne, I chose to run it in compatibility with Windows XP (Service Pack 2). I do that for all games that won't or shouldn't run on Vista.
But anyway, again, thank you.

I have insatlled this as per the instructions but the audio is not fixed.....no music or speech on cut scenes and all audio is screwy ingame......any answers?
