wtf i have 100 gig of free memory on my cpu and the kgb archiver says theirs not enough free memory to continue. WTF???

can anyone help please,...i have a sony usb video camera, dcr-trv260 ntsc(digital 8), and somehow lost the software cd, i downloaded the picture package, but, it was the 1 dvd, i need the 1 for digital 8 tape, a correct download would be appreciated
