In ePSXe:
1. File>Run ISO.
2. Navigate to game folder.
3. Make sure to open the .cue file. NOT THE .bin
file.
4. Enjoy!!!

Anyone know how to fix the sound problem? This is the third one I've downloaded and they're all the same. Thanks by the way to the uploader. Not many of this game out there. All of the MK Trilogy games have effects but no in game sound.(Background music) If anyone knows let me know.

Come on people read the description. I didn't test with a chipped PlayStation. I test all my games with ePSXe emulator. @ Sophyah - I"m not tech support ok. I test my images with the emulator ePSXe and if they work fine I put them up. If they don't work for you that's your bad not mine and I'm gonna be here to hold your hand through troubleshooting okay. Now pleasantly fuck off my torrents.

I got it to work, but the speed of the fighting is way too fast. Even selecting a character is difficult. Anyone know who i've done wrong?

@ Ghost_euk - You are going to have to tweak the FPS (frames per second) settings. I've had the best luck with anywhere from 30-60 fps with most PlayStation 1 games in ePSXe.

ATTENTION, ASSHOLES: before you whine and bitch that the torrent doesn't work, do a little goddamn research if you can't figure it out. there's nothing wrong with this, it works in ePSXe and on my real chipped PS1. don't say it doesn't work and bitch about the uploader. you got the same file i did, so it'll work for you too if are aren't a cockmuffler.
to the idiot that actually tried to mount this disc image in windows: just stop trying. sell your computer on ebay since you obviously don't know what you're doing.

I have downloaded and tested it on ePSXe, it works great!!!!
Here is how it should be done:
1.Download ePSXe (there is official site, look for it on google)
2.Next step is to download zlib1.dll file (it can be also found on web, just type it's name in google), and place it in folder where you have unpacked ePSXe.
3.Final step in installation is to download bios files: it is best to download scph7502 and scph1001 , they are most stable. Place them both in bios folder of your ePSXe installment.
4. Finally, for this game, DO NOT try to burn this game on cd, just load it as image file, and start playing. You can also configure joystick, if you chose to use one.

I just wanted to give some feedback , cos I cannot understand what the hell is wrong with all the people... It runs fine on: ePSXe for pc , ePSXe for android , PS1 chipped burned with nero 8...This guy uploaded the perfect file, and everybody is bitching with him...plus this one is alive for 4 fckin years!

The CUE file is fucked up, that's why you can't burn it. Try to open it with Ultra ISO and you will see.
