While I am very appreciative for this upload I found the audio to several seconds out of sync with the video. Even trying to adjust the audio sync with VLC failed. Thanks though.

I must retract my previous statement about the audio being out of sync. This version is a-ok. I had a couple of versions and commented on the wrong one.
