80 kpbs 10 hrs and 4 mins Strange days.... Winter gripped the city. Terror gripped it, too. They found four corpses in four days, each more hideous than the last. Strange nights.... At first the cops thought they were dealing with a psychopath. But soon they heard eerie sounds in the ventilation system - and saw unearthly silver eyes in the snow-slashed night. Final hours.... In a city paralyzed by a blizzard, something watches, something stalks.

You're welcome! I've recently discovered audiobooks and am now seldom seen not wearing my head phones listening to one. Happy to share :)

Good quality for most of the book, but the last track seemed to skip. I downloaded this torrent and put it on my blackberry to play. I did not burn to cds. The quality of the last track is crappy, but you can still tell what the reader is saying.

Thanks for uploading.
For the most part this is very good quality however the final track is distorted for about 20 minutes and only comes good in the final 5 or so minutes before the end. You can understand what the narrator is saying but it skips and repeats which is kind of annoying.
As for the book, this was the first Dean Koontz book i read (about 15 years ago) and i liked it although i remembered thinking at the time there was way too much bickering between the 2 major charactors. The audio book really highlights this and in my opinion ruins the story.
I like Dean Koontz but all in all i'd rate the story a 5 out of 10. He has done much better.
Cheers
