Interesting video but this guy is an amature machinist so if you lack the basic skills and terminology remember to take what he says with a grain of salt. For example he believed he was broaching with a knee mill and obviously has no idea what a broach is, how it's used or why.Absolutely worth watching if you are considering making your own lowers. For a machinist's starter course I would keep looking.
