Work done: Took the source and placed   it into conversion, there we added filters, tried to reduce some   of the major "HotSpots" before then doing our usual setting tweaks   and running an automated resize and crop script. I encoded around   4 versions of this, all with different filters, sizes and res's.   But this is basically the best one. Not the best TS in the world,   it's average slipping just into low quality on a whole. It is   however watchable, especially for those who really want to see it.   Remember, it's free and don't moan.
