PhotoELF 3.8.16 with license key

PhotoELF 3.8.16 including a license key. Copy the key to your windows directory to make it work. My favorite Photo editing application. It might look at bit a shareware-like, but it is in fact pretty cool. Much cooler than for instance Google Picasa. It is especially good when it comes to batch manipulations of images. Have fun.

The instructions could be clearer. The .zne file does not go in the folder with the program files, which is usually the case, but in the C:Windows directory. If your boot drive is not C:, change the letter to the correct one
