just make a new DWORD value, name it : unlock_core_limit and set it to 1.
after that you are ready.
or open the notepad and put this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

"unlock_core_limit"=dword:00000001
now in save as change it to all files, name it unlock_core_limit.reg and save it. after that with one click you have ready the registry setting for 12 cores.
