I use Avis Media tools 5.1, and it lets you pick the size for the most part. What I do is select divx with an aspect ratio that I see most rips use, and set the mp3 audio to 128 bit/s. Then I just play with the video bit a little. I have to go in and cut the eps by hand though because I don't want the whole dvd on one video.
