Here's what worked for me:
During install, specify Trial.
After install, rename the Premiere.dll file in the Crack directory.
Copy the app's installed Premiere.dll into the Crack directory for use with Keygen.exe
Run Keygen.exe, Generate serial number, (ignore the Activate button.)
Run the app.
Enter the generated serial number. Do not Activate.
Exit the app.
Replace the App's Premiere.dll with the Premiere.dll that came with the crack, (rename it back to Premiere.dll)
Run the app. It should start without expiration notice or activation demand.

How to install:
-Install as a trial version.
-After the installation, I did not start the program.
-Copy the "premiere.dll" file from the "crack appcs3"-map
-Open the map where you installed this program (probably C:\Program Files\Adobe\premiere pro cs3) and paste the cracked "premiere.dll" file.
-Click on "replace" if it asks you to replace it with the original file (I made a copy of the
original one and pasted it in another map, just in case)
-Then, go and search for the startup (aplication or .exe)-file, which looks like the purple logo.
You might want to move it to your desktop, to create a shortcut (right-click on it, "move to" - "desktop")
-Okay, start the program (in vista, run as "administrator")
What I did notice at the start of the installation was -because it's installed as a trial version- that there are some files excluded.
I also noticed that I am not able to import MP3 files, so you have to convert them to to .WAV.
"Wondershare Video Converter Platinum" is a good program for this.
It's not perfect, but I guess I've got value-for-money :)

Alright guys i got it all figured out, super easy i promise... y'all ready for this?
there are several folders and cracks and stuff read carefully
go to APPCS3_[RH] folder (All u need is in here)
then AppCS3 folder
APPCS3 folder again
Install file Setup
the installation process is gonna prompt you for a serial number (do not use keygen yet) the serial number requested is under a file called Premier Cs3 Mac Key which is under the APPCS3 folder.
cool that should get u through the installation process. when you run it for the first time the activation is gonna come up
again go to
APPCS3_[RH]\APPCS3\Crack_APPCS3
run the keygen, generate and use that serial number.
choose to activate by phone.... (as usual for adobe products.)
you know that part that a lot of you have been complaining about it says
"Let me know your request first,then
Press Activate to get your key!"
that's where u enter the number given to you by the activation by phone step, then the keygen will give you na activation code! bingo!!
finish it up and NO you're not done yet...
WHen you try to run it it will say license is expired.... easy fix
go to the crack folder again

This torrent DOES work! Just got it up and running and i'm about to make a video with it 10/10
I noticed people had issues though so i'm going to give simple instructions here (i saw someone on page 1 gave instructions on how to run the crappy trial version, but I know you guys don't come here for that, right?)
1. Click the first folder titled APPCS3
2. Click Setup.exe (install Premiere now with this)
3. The install with ask for a Serial Number, do NOT use keygen yet! Locate the Serial Number in the APPCS3 in a Text Document titled "Premiere CS3 Mac Key"
4. Finish installation and click on the Adobe Premiere as if to open it, this will bring up your "first time activation" screen, you will want to activate it now!
5. Go to APPCS3_[RH]APPCS3Crack_APPCS3
6. Run the Keygen and hit "GENERATE" do NOT hit "activate" yet though
7. Now on the Adobe Premiere program itself there should be "other options to activate" or something along those lines, click it and choose to activate BY PHONE
8. Do NOT call the number it says to call, simply type in the ACTIVATION NUMBER into the blank white space in the Keygen (should be a long number in the middle, under the phone numbers and serial number on the program itself)
9. Now that you've typed it into the white space click "Activate"
10. the Keygen will give you a new code in the gray box, type that code into Adobe Premiere where it asks for the activation code.
11. It's not activated but when you try to open Adobe Premiere it will say "LICENSE IS EXPIRED"
12. Simply to back to your crack folder:
Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 [RH]APPCS3_[RH]APPCS3Crack_APPCS3
copy the "premiere.dll" into the folder you installed Adobe and REPLACE the existing one.
