Maybe this was just released on DVD, but "Imps" was clearly made around 1980 if you watch the preview clip with Fred Willard and Deborah Harmon.
Half the actors in that film are retired (Harmon) or dead (Keenan Wynn)!
At least Fred is still around making people laugh. The sketch that he does with Deborah as his wife in this film has a 3 Mile Island reference, and that nuclear reactor had its infamous accident in 1979....
