JACK CASSADY - THE REAL MAN IN BLACK

“THE REAL MAN IN BLACK” is the acoustic debut of JACK CASSADY (a.k.a. underground USA journalist RYAN BARTEK).” Best known for the book “THE BIG SHINY PRISON,” Ryan Bartek wrote this album during the creation of that very book. Panhandling songs & cold-hearted whiskey tunes for audience of the moon alone, “THE REAL MAN IN BLACK” features completely reworked covers of classics by Cramps, GG Allin, Johnny Cash, KMFDM, VNV Nation, Pink Floyd, Nine Inch Nails, Charles Manson & others + a slew of original material. Ryan Bartek also performs live spoken word and is guitarist/vocalist of SASQUATCH AGNOSTIC. He is also the former guitarist of Detroit grindpunk band A.K.A. MABUS.
