I've just spot checked the movie and the audio is in sync. There have been over 5,000 downloads of this torrent and this is the first I've heard of that problem. But thanks for the info. If anyone has the same problem, you've provided them with a solution.

if you have kmplayer just resync the audio by right clicking on the video while playing then playback>audio resync. this operation can be done while video is playing without restarting the video
