I wanted to distribute it publicly, so I wrote a Graphical version. This software is capable of converting even large images into beautiful pieces of ascii art, using several different methods to accomplish different effects, and even lets you customize the characters it uses to create the art. I forgot to mention this, I developed this software on Windows XP, it should work fine on Vista, ME, 2000, and 95, but its only been tested on XP...
