DOES NOT WORK FOR ME! Anybody have any ideas on how to make it work? I am in the US and know how to use PAL format files and know how to make the file an iso, however NOTHING at all comes up. Am I doing something wrong?

I think that the PAL thing is your problem. If you have priiloader, you should enable free region wii games or free region everything.
