This is sub only, my guess the YSanime release (based on file size). Has the Niizk subs muxed in, have previously watch their release and the subs are very readable and have good translation. The audio is very good quality, and other than being picky on a few of the things on the video (some very obvious banding in places), also a very good encode there.
