For those who care, the files content information is misleading. Not only does this .torrent contain an okay video quality of Trapped in the Closet (Chapters 13-22) but it also contains the first 22 chapters of the audio version.
The video quality is okay. The screen resolution is 720*416. Even still, the video looks good on a 24" computer monitor and a 60" television. Here is the mediainfo specs for the video:
