why include foreign subtitles ??!!!
It is impossible to append english subtitles.....
you are only downloader and I cannot convert or add english subs because of the 4 texts languages.
cannot even separate/delete the unwanted files files during download. very UPSETING

You don't have to delete or separate anything.
1.Download a subtitle of your preference.
2. Move the downloaded subtitle into the same folder as the mkv-file.
3. RENAME the subtitle to the exact mirror of the mkv-file:
As the mkv-file has this name: Mon meilleur ami .mkv
Rename the subtitle like this: Mon meilleur ami .srt
When you've done this, your player will automatically choose your renamed subtitle file as the primary subtitle. IF NOT: Just start the film in any player, then left-click and drag the subtitle and release it ONTO the movie screen.

Is english subtitles NOT foreign subtitles? There are other countries in the world exept for english spoken. You need to think before speaking.
