After step 3, I don\'t get that screen where you can enter the serial number and then get your \"hardware code\", but I immediately get a screen with \"Please enter a Serial Number of the product\". So i can\'t do step 4. nPlease help!!!

spended 6 hours on another download trying to make it work searching for crack or keygen. decided to download this took me about 30 min (and I suck with computers) just searched for keygen in the whole computer course I couldnt find it - tryed to open it had to take antivirus off as you said earlier in the comments - followed the instructions on the dummiepicture from the discription was told it was registrered turned on antivirus again and entered the game!
