I renamed it .RAR - no work
Renamed it .PDF - still no work
Since the uploader bothered to check it with 2 different virus checkers maybe it is really a .EXE but I will not be the one to find out.
Uploader has 9 active torrents and other commenters claim they are executables and/or spam.
Don't bother with this crap.

.7z is a form of zip file. you can get a free program to unzip it at www.7-zip.org.
Not hard to do.
