Electromagnetic Pollution and Weaponry

This is a work-in-progress collection of some of the most recent and relevent literature, research reports, articles, news interviews and informational videos with regard to electromagnetic pollution/weapons, human sensitivity and the resulting effects. It\'s something I tend to put a rather unhealthy amount of my free time in, ironic for the fact that so much time in front of a computer could have its own ill effects. Let\'s hope that the ends justify the potentially excessive means. The highlights, in my opinion, are the Bioinitiative Report, the Amy Worthington articles and the Lopatin-Tsygankov book, the latter of which was previously only available in Russian until very recently, but everything included is worth a good read, listen or viewing. This is admittedly small and incomplete. I hope to release a more comprehensive collection when I\'ve gathered more materials, materials which could become unavailable as sites are taken down and servers stop hosting their content, of which there is no shortage of examples. A large band of the shortwave dial is consumed with the Russian "woodpecker" signals. They were thought to be an "over the horizon" radar system or a new scalar inspired weapon. Either way, there is an enormous amount of power being transmitted over that system, it is going somewhere. They have run continuously for twenty years now, I believe.
The U.S. Haarp system seems to be the western version of the same technology. They do not seem to transmit continuously like the Russians do however. Or perhaps they are using the same concepts to drive different devices.
The HAARP system seems to have one of two purposes.
1) Heating the atmosphere.
2) Transmitting powerful signals on the wavelength that the human brain operates on.
-Either way it could be classified as more environmental load in the form of heat, radio, microwave and emf pollution.

I'd love to find some newpaper records or online articles pertaining to the communities in the Northwestern US where actual suit was filed against... someone... about the woodpecker signal. I think it was Eugene, OR, or somewhere in rural Washington. People underwent extreme stress and regular assaults by way of repeated electromagnetic attacks, it got some degree of press and/or governmental attention, and then vanished. I'm going to resume my hunt for that now.
