I have only tested English + U.S but as I havent touch any of the languages I dont see why not..You may get a small error on first starting as the Vista Sidebar by ALKY only has the English files...
I really have no idea what will happen so if you install this on your main pc or a test HDD post back with what happens & your comments..

With all the alterations on this I would strongly suggest a clean install only..As I would with any OS..

So I assumed you should know any builds of SP3 RC* are a time limited beta software that will expired on June 30, 2008. When SP3 final is released in the first half of 2008, you need to uninstall the beta software before installation of SP3 final, whichever comes first.
