Actually i realized that it is not episode 11 that is missing but 12.
I know that 12 is among the episodes in the torrent but this is a mistake, because you have named it wrong. Episode 12 is actually episode 11 in this torrent, and the real 12 episode is missing...

Nothing wrong with this torrent at all. This is a common point of confusion. Episode 11 was actually an episode from season 1 that got cut. Then Fox "unearthed" it and shoved it into season 2 with no explination. Either watch that episode first, or skip it alltogether, as it has no bearing on the overall plot.
