Hi guys, i need help..plspls help
when i dl i get blinding speeds..often 200kb
but when i upload it usually goes up to a maximum of 25kb (when im not downloading and im not using the internet)
can i know how to increase my upload rate, so that i can upload as much as i can, as fast as i can?
