Beyond Good & Evil - Audio-Video De-synchronization Patch
Category:
Games/PC
Uploaded:
2010-04-10 (by illiria)
Description:
This patch (based on someone's script that I found in some forum long ago) will fix the issues with audio-video de-synchronization in the game. On modern machines either audio plays faster than video, or video goes faster than audio, which makes the game nearly unplayable.
Just install the patch and start the game using the shortcut, as usual.
If you want to start the game without using the shortcut for whatever reason, start it using "FullProcessing.exe" file. It should be somewhere in game folder.
Please keep in mind that nearly all (or all) my torrents are UNIQUE. Which means that if seeds will drop and torrent will die, people may never get this stuff again.
And in this particular case it means that people will not be able to normally replay this amazing game on modern machines.
So please, keep seeding.

You can solve this just by setting game to run on one processorilliria (2011-07-28)
@ SosarianFirst - setting the game to run on a single core doesn't solve speed-ups. You need to also enable V-Sync for the game to run fine.
Second - you're wrong. even if you set the game to run on a single core and enable V-Sync, audio and video still don't match. If they match on your configuration, you are lucky. On most they still don't.
If it was easy, I wouldnt create a patch for it.
One thing I forgot to mention is - launch the game through Start -> Programs. I forgot to replace Desktop shortcut, I think.
