If you want to import FLAC to iTunes and keep the Lossless quality just take the FLAC files and converter them to Apple Lossless. Apple Lossless does play on iTunes and it doesn't lose any quality during conversion.
The best converter for this is dBpowerAMP Music Converter with the Apple Lossless plugin. You can convert as many files at once based on the number of cores your processor has during the trial. After the trial is over you can convert one file at a time for free.
